Cindy is a Master-level practitioner dedicated to holistic health with nearly three decades of expertise. Her background as a Massage Therapist is complemented by her certifications in Reiki, Emotion Code, Body Code, and Crystal Bowl healing. This multi-layered approach allows her to address wellness from both a physical and energetic perspective.

A true outdoor enthusiast, Cindy lives for hiking and exploring the Colorado wilderness. She is a world traveler and a devoted family woman who believes in living life to the fullest, whether she’s on a mountain trail or exploring a new corner of the map.
